Rashida · 1 month agoOne great annual concert is the University of Chicago's Halloween show! Join the University Symphony Orchestra for an evening of astrological and astronomical adventures, featuring Gustav Holst’s magnificent seven-movement suite, The Planets, as well as Star Trek Through the Years, and music from John Williams’ Star Wars film scores. The University Women’s Chorale and the Hyde Park School of Dance join the costumed University Symphony Orchestra for these two family-friendly performances, enhanced by story-telling and a variety of special effects. Audience costumes are encouraged!
